STMW MANUFACTURING
STMW Manufacturing was built from a passion for quality, performance, and craftsmanship. What began as a hands-on hobby in Taylor, Texas, evolved into a trusted manufacturing partner serving high-tech and industrial markets nationwide. Founders Brandon and Dustin Naivar brothers with a lifelong passion for lifted trucks and metal fabrication—started by building custom suspension systems for their own vehicles when off-the-shelf solutions failed to meet their standards. As certified welders with deep fabrication roots, they invested in equipment and began designing and building their own components. Their work quickly gained recognition, earning multiple best-in-show and best-engineered suspension awards, and demand soon grew beyond personal projects. STMW Manufacturing was born. That same drive for innovation and precision led to the expansion and complex fabrication projects, eventually opening doors to opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
In 2011, STMW Manufacturing was established to support these advanced manufacturing needs—and the company has grown steadily ever since.
Our operations span 20,000 square feet across two buildings, with three additional acres dedicated to future expansion. Construction for Building 3, a state-of-the-art 46,000-square-foot facility, will begin in 2026.
STMW Manufacturing is ISO 9001:2015 certified and approved to weld under AMAT AVL 0250-52749, reinforcing our commitment to the highest quality and industry standards.
